Terms & conditions of entry to World Bee Day Facebook and Instagram Giveaway

1. The promoter is: All Things Floral Ltd, The Melting Pot, 15 Calton Road, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH8 8DL Registered No. SC748009
2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of Flowercard and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
3. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via Instagram and Facebook.
5. Closing date for entry will be Monday 22nd May 2023 at 11.59pm. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be counted.
6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
7. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows: Instagram: Entrants must like the Giveaway post: Entrants must follow @flowercard.co.uk on Instagram. Entrants can tag as many friends as they would like in the comments of said post. Each tag must be in a separate comment to count as separate entries. Facebook: Entrants must like the Giveaway post: Entrants must follow the Flowercard Page on Facebook. Entrants can tag as many friends as they would like in the comments of said post. Each tag must be in a separate comment to count as separate entries.
8. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
9. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
10. The Facebook competition and the Instagram competition are separate giveaways where there will be 3 prizes given away on each. Entrants cannot win more than one prize.
11. The 3 prizes are our Bee themed Flowerchurns. You can pick from either ‘Sweet as can Bee’ or ‘Bright and Bee-autiful’.
12. The prize is as stated here and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
13. The prize is not transferable and is subject to availability. Flowercard reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without notice.
14. The prize will be delivered to one UK mainland address, on an agreed date - free of charge to the winner. Should the winner cancel or need to rearrange the delivery for any reason - a redelivery can be arranged at the expense of the winner.
15. The winners will be chosen at random by CommentPicker (For Instagram giveaway) and by CommentPicker (For Facebook giveaway), from all entries received and verified by Promoter on Tuesday 23rd May 2023.
16. The winner will be notified via Instagram DM from @flowercard.co.uk and Facebook DM from the Flowercard account within 48 hours of the closing date. If the winner can not be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
17. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
19. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
20. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
21. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook or any other Social Network or company.
